Terms and Conditions for My Bandera

1. Applicability
   These terms and conditions apply to all agreements and orders made through Bandera.

2. Orders
   Orders can be placed via the website or other accepted channels. Bandera reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

3. Prices
   All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Bandera reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Payment
   Payment must be made prior to shipping. Payment methods will be specified on the website.

5. Shipping
   Shipping will occur within the timeframes indicated on the website. Shipping costs apply and will be shown during the ordering process.

6. Returns
   Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

7. Warranty
   Bandera offers the statutory warranty on all products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage not caused by the user.

8. Privacy
   Bandera respects the privacy of its customers. Personal data is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties.

9. Liability
   Bandera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The total liability of Bandera is limited to the amount of the respective order.

10. Disputes
    Dutch law applies to agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
