Refund policy

Return Policy for Bandera

You have 14 days to return an item. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Only unused items in the same condition as you received them are eligible for a return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

The cost and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including the risk of loss or damage during transit, until the return is received by us.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, contact your bank, as processing time may vary. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at Contact@mybandera.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at Contact@mybandera.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift card once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase or the giver had the item shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will refund the giver and notify them about your return.

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on your location.

If you are sending an item worth over €75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
